Karen trained in both human and animal Haematology and Biochemistry firstly at the Royal Marsden Hospital and then later at Covance Laboratories, the UK’s largest Pharmaceutical CRO.
From 1998 until 2003, Karen was Client Services and Marketing Manager for IDEXX Laboratories, the UK’s largest private veterinary laboratory. She holds a BSc in Genetics and a Certificate in Management and has over 15 years experience in sample logistics, laboratory processing and operational management.
